Each keepsake box is approx 38cm x 29cm and 14.5cm high
Each keepsake box comes with beautiful latch + hinge set.
DO NOT PURCHASE If you are looking for a 'perfect Chinese factory made box'. The boxes are very strong and beautiful. These boxes are hand made by ourselves and while beautifully made may have small imperfections like putty marks etc.
By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that our handmade products may contain unique imperfections in the timber and laser work due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the raw materials we use. If you would prefer a 'perfect' look, timber is not for you. We adore our natural product + look and hope you do too! Dark grain, knots, lines, etch burn and black marks are very normal parts of our products.

INFORMATION ABOUT DISCOUNTED 'FLAWED BOXES':

all boxes are structurally fine, its just small cosmetic flaws.
most customers will not notice the flaws unless looking closely. They are wonderful keepsake boxes to store and share.
flawed boxes have one or more of the following: darker putty marks covering nails, small indents or lines in the timber, slightly over-sand corners, discolour in the timber etc

Hello Fern offers FREE SHIPPING on orders within Australia and a flat rate of $10 for all New Zealand orders. Currently, we do not ship to any other countries.

Hello Fern is based in Central/North Queensland.
We use Australia Post to deliver our packages.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?

Orders with discs, plaques, stickers, bookmarks, ornaments, or inkless print kits will be sent as a large letter with no tracking and will only be delivered to a letterbox or a PO box (no parcel collection or hand delivery to your front door).
All other orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.

No Tracking: Please allow 4-14 business days for your package to arrive.
With Tracking: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Express Added: Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.

EXCHANGES

Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.

Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.

Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.

As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.

We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
