A4 Document + Keepsake Box (customised with name + wording)

Customised with name and birth details or other wording, our A4 keepsake boxes are designed to hold your special keepsake items such as birth certificates, birth announcements, first outfits, hospital keepsakes, and other important trinkets. We also offer a non-custom A4 document + keepsake box.

Features + Specifications:

Internal dimensions are approx 321mm x 242mm x 65mm (it DOES NOT fit our wooden baby book).
Product includes 1 x box made from sturdy kraft cardboard with a magnetic closure and ribbon for closing.
Design on lid includes two lines of custom etching.
Other accessories in photos not included.

Customisation:

The first line can have one or multiple names in cursive writing (eg: 'Zahra', 'River Jake Lewis', etc.). Please note that the more names/longer the wording, the smaller the font. We may have to etch onto two lines if there are too many letters.
The second line will be birth details, or wording of your choice in sentence case. Please note that the longer the wording, the smaller the font. Enter NIL if you wish to leave it blank.
Birth details: If birth details are added, they will be etched in this order: Date, Weight, Height, Time and will include vertical dividing lines between each entry. Date will be written as per the product photo examples (eg: 14th October 2023) with a "th/st/rd" after the number and the month written out fully (not abbreviated).
Please ensure you double check all the details before purchasing. We take no responsibility for any mistakes you make when entering your custom details. Aside from the format of the birth details, we will use the EXACT wording that you enter, so please ensure it's exactly how you want it to be.

Hello Fern offers FREE SHIPPING on orders within Australia and a flat rate of $10 for all New Zealand orders. Currently, we do not ship to any other countries.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

Hello Fern is based in Central/North Queensland.
We use Australia Post to deliver our packages.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?

Orders with discs, plaques, stickers, bookmarks, ornaments, bracelets, keyrings, or inkless print kits will be sent as a large letter with no tracking and will only be delivered to a letterbox or a PO box (no parcel locker or hand delivery to your front door).
All other orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.

No Tracking: Please allow 4-14 business days for your package to arrive.
With Tracking: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Express Added: Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.

EXCHANGES

Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.

Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.

Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.

PERSONALISATION

As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.

We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
