Description
Remember your baby's first Christmas with our unique custom My 1st Christmas ornaments. These gorgeous wooden keepsakes are customised with your child's name and year, and feature our classic 'vine' design. Have older children who aren't celebrating their first Christmas? Simply change the wording and year on the ornament. These discs make the perfect addition to your images, flatlays, or could be used as memorable ornaments on the Christmas tree.
Features + Specifications:
- Each wooden ornament measures approximately 10x10cm.
- Wording etched on 3mm timber.
- Product includes 1 x personalised timber ornament with string.
- Wording can be customised including name, year, and occasion.
- Other accessories in photos not included.
Customisation:
- Choose from two designs:
- 1st Christmas:
- 'Name' + '1st Christmas + Year

(can be back-dated to a previous year).

- Christmas:
- 'Name' + 'Christmas' + Year

(can be back-dated to a previous year).
- Enter custom details (eg: name, year) carefully and exactly as you would like them to appear on the ornament.
- Longer names are made smaller to fit the space.
- Please ensure you double check all the details before purchasing. We take no responsibility for any mistakes you make when entering your custom details. We will use the EXACT wording that you enter, so please ensure it's exactly how you want it to be.
- If you choose the '1st Christmas' design: Names not ending in 's' will have 's added to the end of the name (eg: Alice = Alice's). Names ending in 's' will have ' added to the end of the name (eg: Thomas = Thomas') unless you specify otherwise in the 'Notes' section.
- Any special instructions can be left in the 'Notes' box. We will email if we need more clarity.

- Choose express shipping if you wish to have tracking included.
- Custom orders take 1-3 weeks to create + shipping time (see ‘Shipping + FAQs’ for more details).
*By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that products may contain unique imperfections in the timber and laser work due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the raw materials we use. You agree and understand that each piece of timber will look different including (but not limited to) the wood grain, etch depth, and colouring (you may see small black or yellow marks), which is what makes it so unique.

Hello Fern offers FREE SHIPPING on orders within Australia and a flat rate of $10 for all New Zealand orders. Currently, we do not ship to any other countries.

- We use Australia Post to deliver our packages.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?

Orders with discs, plaques, stickers, bookmarks, ornaments, bracelets, keyrings, or inkless print kits will be sent as a large letter with no tracking and will only be delivered to a letterbox or a PO box (no parcel locker or hand delivery to your front door).
- All other orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.
- No Tracking: Please allow 4-14 business days for your package to arrive.
- With Tracking: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
- Express Added: Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.
EXCHANGES
Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.
Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.
Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.
PERSONALISATION
As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.
We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Hello Fern is not responsible for the misuse of our products. Please supervise children at all times when using our products. Aside from the rattle, our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of three.
