While we all know the benefits of our highly digital lives, the art of showcasing our memories, moments and adventures is being lost. Will you have only an Instagram feed or Facebook page to share with your children when they are older?

Here at Hello Fern, we are passionate about ensuring you have real and tangible keepsakes to hand down to your family so that they may remember and reminisce about their childhood!

Our wooden photo albums allow you to completely customise the front with any wording, and fill the inside with photos and text of all your adventures.

Features + Specifications:

Dimension of album (including coil) are approx 25cm x 22cm.
Product includes 1 x photo album made from 3mm timber and a beautiful Australian-made cotton bag for extra protection.
Large white coil means you can fill your album with photos and it will still close.
Each album contains 100 photo sleeves for 6x4in photos with space for a caption next to each photo sleeve.
First page includes room for one glued photo and title.
Design on cover includes custom etched wording of your choice.
Our completely Australian made album is etched, cut, sanded, packaged and made with love in our North Queensland studio. Its unique wooden front and back cover make it a special keepsake.
Other accessories in photos not included.

Customisation:

Enter custom wording carefully for front cover. Longer wording will be made smaller to fit the space.
You can customise two different sections of wording. The top line will be etched in a script font and the smaller bottom line will be etched in a classic font as shown in the product photos.
Please ensure you double check all the details before purchasing. We take no responsibility for any mistakes you make when entering your custom details. We will use the EXACT wording that you enter, so please ensure it's exactly how you want it to be.
As the artist, you trust us to make a decision on the best way to fit your wording on the cover. We do not provide proofs.

This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the materials we use. You agree and understand that each piece may look different including (but not limited to) the wood grain, etch depth, and colouring (you may see small black or yellow marks), which is what makes it so unique.

*It is also normal to see small lines and indents in the album's plastic sleeves.

*Do not leave your album in direct sunlight or leave standing upright. Keeping the album flat will help with warping.

Hello Fern offers FREE SHIPPING on orders within Australia and a flat rate of $10 for all New Zealand orders. Currently, we do not ship to any other countries.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

Hello Fern is based in Central/North Queensland.
We use Australia Post to deliver our packages.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?

Orders with discs, plaques, stickers, bookmarks, ornaments, or inkless print kits will be sent as a large letter with no tracking and will only be delivered to a letterbox or a PO box (no parcel locker or hand delivery to your front door).
All other orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.

No Tracking: Please allow 4-14 business days for your package to arrive.
With Tracking: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Express Added: Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.

EXCHANGES

Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.

Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.

Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.

PERSONALISATION

As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.

We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Hello Fern is not responsible for the misuse of our products. Please supervise children at all times when using our products. Aside from the rattle, our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of three.
