**BY ORDERING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:  due to current lockdowns affecting some states, please allow the following for shipping times. We will not be held responsible for your package arriving BEFORE these dates. 

QLD + NT: 21 days for non express, 7 days for express (plus creation time of 1-3 weeks)

ALL OTHER AUSTRALIAN STATES: 30 days for non express, 12 days for express (plus creation time of 1-3 weeks)

NZ: 35 days for non express (plus creation time of 1-3 weeks)

We can not stress enough that adding express helps your package more faster. 

Shipping:

• This item offers free shipping with Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number once the item has been sent.
• Due to our rural location, please allow up to 14 days for this to arrive. Add EXPRESS SHIPPING to your cart if you require it before then.
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
• All NZ orders will be charged a flat rate of $10.
• If ordered on the one order, any other non-custom items will be sent with your custom order within 1-3 weeks

Payments:

• We accept Paypal + Credit Card + Afterpay
• AFTERPAY: we have a minimum spend of $30 for afterpay. Please ensure you cart is $30+ to use your afterpay account.

Terms and Conditions:

• By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that our handmade products may contain unique imperfections in the timber and laser work due to the natural nature of the product. This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the raw materials we use. If you would prefer a 'perfect' look, timber is not for you. We adore our natural product + look and hope you do too! 
• ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS are not toys, photo prop only. (Except our rattles, please read safety instructions). Please ensure you store out of reach from curious little hands and never leave with your baby unattended. Do not hang wall hangings above cots or sleep areas. We take NO responsibilty for the misuse of our products.
• The other beautiful items featured in our product photos, including any adorable babies, are not included.
• Our products are NOT to be left in direct sunlight, timber will fade very quickly. We also suggest you do not leave your items, espeically baby books, standing upright for long periods of time as timber will warp if not left flat.
