Our high-quality personalised Santa sacks are the perfect addition for under the Christmas tree this year. They also pair fabulously with our gingham Christmas stockings.

Features + Specifications:

Purchase includes 1 x sack and 1 x wooden letter name plaque with twine.
Custom wooden letter/name plaque secured to rope (you can adjust placement of plaque on rope).
Other accessories in photos not included.

Sack

Sacks are approximately 50x70cm.
Made with high-quality gingham fabric (red, beige, or green) and a white fabric lining.
Includes strong silver eyelets to hold rope and soft rope for closing.

Plaque

Each customised letter measures approximately 12x19cm (of course, each letter will be slightly different depending on its shape).
Name etched on 3mm timber.
Each letter has a vine design on top or bottom, and the name is placed as large as possible in a suitable position. As the artist, you trust our judgement on name placement. Larger names are perfectly fine, however, please note the font will become slightly smaller the longer the name to ensure it all fits.
Enter carefully the child's name. We will select the FIRST LETTER of the child's name for the plaque unless otherwise stated.

This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the raw materials we use. You agree and understand that each piece of timber will look different including (but not limited to) the wood grain, etch depth, and colouring (you may see small black or yellow marks), which is what makes it so unique.

Hello Fern offers FREE SHIPPING on orders within Australia and a flat rate of $10 for all New Zealand orders. Currently, we do not ship to any other countries.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

Hello Fern is based in Central/North Queensland.
We use Australia Post to deliver our packages.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?

Orders with discs, plaques, stickers, bookmarks, ornaments, or inkless print kits will be sent as a large letter with no tracking and will only be delivered to a letterbox or a PO box (no parcel locker or hand delivery to your front door).
All other orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.

No Tracking: Please allow 4-14 business days for your package to arrive.
With Tracking: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Express Added: Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.

EXCHANGES

Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.

Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.

Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.

PERSONALISATION

As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.

We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
