Hello Fern offers flat rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide and free shipping on orders of $150 and over. Express options are also available if required.
DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND
Hello Fern offers flat rate shipping of $15 AUD to New Zealand. Express options are also available if required.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT?Â
- Orders with non-custom products only: 1-2 business days
- Any order with a custom product: 1-3 weeks
- Some custom products qualify for a 2-5 business day turnaround time. These products are marked with a blue ‘fast order processing symbol’ ()
- Mixed orders will ship according to the longest item processing time.
- Hello Fern is based in Mackay, Queensland.
- We use Australia Post to deliver our packages.Â
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?
All orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.
- Standard Post: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
- Express Added:Â Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a parcel is returned to Hello Fern due to being unclaimed or not collected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. Refunds will not be provided for unclaimed orders.
ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Hello Fern is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees that may result from an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
EXCHANGESÂ
Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.
Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.
Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.
PERSONALISATION
As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.
We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
SAFETY
Hello Fern is not responsible for the misuse of our products. Please supervise children at all times when using our products. Aside from the rattle, our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of three.
