Features + Specifications:

Dimensions of book (including coil) are approx 25cm x 31.5cm.
Product includes 1 x book made from 3mm timber and 70 thick 190gsm pages.
Large white coil means you can load your journal with photos + special keepsakes and it will still close.
Includes 70 minimalistic / gender neutral A4 pages.
Pages are printed front and back on thick 190gsm pages to ensure writing is not visible on the reverse side.
Two designs available: one with all lined paper and the other with room for photos on every fourth page. Each journal comes with a title page.
Design on cover includes custom etched wording of your choice.
Our completely Australian made book is etched, cut, sanded, packaged and made with love in our North Queensland studio. Its unique wooden front and back cover make it a special keepsake.

Choose inner pages style (eg: pages with only lines for writing, or pages with lines and room for photo on every fourth page).
Enter custom wording carefully for front cover. Longer wording will be made smaller to fit the space.

Hello Fern offers FREE SHIPPING on orders within Australia and a flat rate of $10 for all New Zealand orders. Currently, we do not ship to any other countries.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

Hello Fern is based in Central/North Queensland.
We use Australia Post to deliver our packages.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?

Orders with discs, plaques, stickers, bookmarks, ornaments, bracelets, keyrings, or inkless print kits will be sent as a large letter with no tracking and will only be delivered to a letterbox or a PO box (no parcel locker or hand delivery to your front door).
All other orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.

No Tracking: Please allow 4-14 business days for your package to arrive.
With Tracking: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Express Added: Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.

EXCHANGES

Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.

Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.

Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.

PERSONALISATION

As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.

We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
