THERE WILL BE ONE OR MORE FLAWS WITH EACH ITEM.
These products are considered safe and functional for their intended use; however, their appearance does not meet our standards for sale at full price. Every seconds item will have one or more imperfections. Some flaws may be very minor, while others may be more noticeable. Items are selected at random from our seconds stock, and we cannot accommodate requests for particular flaws, colours, grain patterns, print quality or the “best” available seconds.
POSSIBLE FLAWS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Dark grain (lighter etch), dark marks, burn marks, small etch errors, glue marks, stickers on back (not visible from front), dints, small holes, print errors, faded etching, discolouration, you may see black, blue or yellow marks, slightly cut off and small cut marks on the back.
NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT CODES MAY BE USED Product, order and shipping discount codes cannot be applied to seconds-sale items. These products have already been heavily discounted.
SECONDS-SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR CHANGE OF MIND Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind on seconds-sale items.
PRODUCT PACKAGING MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED Sets may be supplied in seconds-quality boxes, as pictured, or the individual discs may be provided loose. Handmade cotton bags are not included with seconds sets.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT?
- Orders with non-custom products only: 1-2 business days
- Any order with a custom product: 1-3 weeks
- Some custom products qualify for a 2-5 business day turnaround time. These products are marked with a blue ‘fast order processing symbol’ (

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?
All orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.
- Standard Post: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
- Express Added: Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a parcel is returned to Hello Fern due to being unclaimed or not collected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. Refunds will not be provided for unclaimed orders.
ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Hello Fern is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees that may result from an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Hello Fern will not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.
Hello Fern will however endeavour to assist customers in the rare case that your item is faulty.
Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.
PERSONALISATION
As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.
We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Hello Fern is not responsible for the misuse of our products. Please supervise children at all times when using our products. Aside from the rattle, our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of three. Some products contain small magnet(s) and are not a toy. Swallowed magnets can stick together across intestines causing serious infections and death. Seek immediate medical attention if magnet(s) are swallowed or inhaled.
