Description
Customised with any details you wish, our vine keepsake boxes are designed to hold our wooden baby book, along with your special keepsake items like birth certificates, birth announcements, first outfits, hospital keepsakes, and other important trinkets. We also offer a non-custom keepsake box.
Features + Specifications:
- Internal dimensions are approx 337mm x 262mm x 70mm (it DOES fit our wooden baby book).
- Product includes 1 x box made from sturdy kraft cardboard with a magnetic closure and ribbon for closing.
- Design on lid includes three lines of custom etching.
- This product does NOT include the wooden baby book.
- Other accessories in photos not included.
Customisation:

The first line can have one or multiple names in cursive writing (eg: 'Zahra', 'Charles John', 'Scarlett's story', etc.). Just note that the more names/longer the wording, the smaller the font. We may have to etch onto two lines if there are too many letters. Please enter every word you would like etched (for example, 'Scarlett's story'). Enter NIL if you wish to leave it blank.

The second line will be in all caps with the wording of your choice (eg: 'STORY BOX', 'KEEPSAKES + MEMORIES', etc.) Please note that the longer the wording, the smaller the font. Enter NIL if you wish to leave it blank.
- Long Line: Option of a long line between second and third lines (see product images for examples).
- The third line will be a smaller font with a quote or message in sentence case or birth details. (Eg: 'You are our happily ever after'). Please note that the longer the wording, the smaller the font. Enter NIL if you wish to leave it blank.

Birth details: If birth details are selected, they will be etched in this order: Date, Weight, Height, Time and will include vertical dividing lines between each entry. Date will be written as per the product photo examples (eg: 1st May 2023) with a "th/st/rd" after the number and the month written out fully (not abbreviated).
- Please ensure you double check all the details before purchasing. We take no responsibility for any mistakes you make when entering your custom details. Aside from the format of the birth details, we will use the EXACT wording that you enter, so please ensure it's exactly how you want it to be.
- For entries requiring 's: Names not ending in 's' will have 's added to the end of the name (eg: Alice = Alice's). Names ending in 's' will have ' added to the end of the name (eg: Thomas = Thomas').
*By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that products may contain unique imperfections in the timber and laser work due to the nature of the product. This is not considered a fault, but rather a reflection of the unique natural beauty of the materials we use. You agree and understand that each piece may look different including (but not limited to) the wood grain, etch depth, and colouring (you may see small black or yellow marks), which is what makes it so unique.

Hello Fern offers flat rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide and free shipping on orders of $150 and over. Express options are also available if required.
DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND
Hello Fern offers flat rate shipping of $15 AUD to New Zealand. Express options are also available if required.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT?Â
- Orders with non-custom products only: 1-2 business days
- Any order with a custom product: 1-3 weeks
- Some custom products qualify for a 2-5 business day turnaround time. These products are marked with a blue ‘fast order processing symbol’ (
) - Mixed orders will ship according to the longest item processing time.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?
All orders will be sent as packages with tracking. You will be sent tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder for this email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once packages are handed to Australia Post, we have no control over the speed of your delivery.
- Standard Post: Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
- Express Added:Â Please allow 1-4 business days for your package to arrive.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a parcel is returned to Hello Fern due to being unclaimed or not collected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. Refunds will not be provided for unclaimed orders.
ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Hello Fern is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees that may result from an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
EXCHANGESÂ
Hello Fern will not accept exchanges due to change of mind or for accidentally ordering the incorrect item.
Hello Fern will however endeavour to help clients in the rare case that your item is faulty.
Our products are natural wooden products; therefore no two products will look the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product including dark grain with light etching, dark lines, knots, and varying colours in the timber. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for a change of mind.
PERSONALISATION
As the artists and designers of our products, we will design each item to the highest standard and in a way that best suits the product, font(s) and letters chosen for customisation.
We do not hold any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors given to us; however, if we are unsure, we will reach out to you via email. We ask that you please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
SAFETY
Hello Fern is not responsible for the misuse of our products. Please supervise children at all times when using our products. Aside from the rattle, our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of three.
